Kristin represents lenders, investors, and developers in financings, debt restructurings, acquisitions and sales, joint venture arrangements, and other investment mechanisms related to market-rate and affordable multifamily housing, office, retail, hotel, condominium, and mixed-use development and redevelopment projects nationwide.
