Wilamowsky Quoted on Retrieval-Masters Funding Settlement

Partner Steven Wilamowsky was quoted on the approval of a settlement for collection agency Retrieval-Masters Creditors Bureau in which the company’s principal will provide funding for an orderly wind-down of the estate.

This deal will pave the way for a consensual dismissal of the company’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy case.

Steven said, “At the very least, it gives us as professionals and, frankly, as a company ... knowledge that we'll have a clear path to administrative solvency. I think that is important."
