Our Work

We represent our clients in transactions including cash flow and asset-based financings, first-lien and second-lien financings, senior secured and unsecured mezzanine financings, syndicated, club and bilateral facilities, leveraged and investment grade financings, and new financings, as well as workouts, restructurings and debtor-in-possession financings. Our clients include banks, as well as hedge funds, business development companies and other investment vehicles. Depending upon the nature of the transaction, our finance lawyers will work with their colleagues in the firm’s intellectual property, real estate, tax, and other practices to ensure that all of the client's needs are met.
