Bryn is an associate who advises clients across litigation, regulatory, and transactional matters, with a growing focus on media, entertainment, and brand‑forward industries. Drawing on training in alternative dispute resolution and experience spanning trial‑court work and appellate advocacy, she helps companies navigate risk, resolve disputes efficiently, and align legal strategy with business objectives.
Grounded in experience at ArentFox Schiff, Bryn has supported matters involving complex legal research, motion practice, discovery, and deposition analysis. She brings an appellate lens from her work with the California Appellate Project, where she helped secure partial relief for an indigent client after the Attorney General’s office adopted a key argument in the opening brief. Earlier service with Bet Tzedek informs her practical, client‑centered approach, including Spanish‑language client work and high‑volume petition drafting under attorney supervision.
Previous Work
Bryn’s background includes certificates in Media and Entertainment Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she served as Co‑President of OUTLaw, participated in the Mediation Clinic, and contributed to the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice. Before law school, she graduated summa cum laude from USC with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Law, was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
