Eric is a patent attorney whose practice centers on patent preparation and prosecution and U.S. trademark applications, leveraging expertise in wireless communications (including 6G, 5G NR, and 4G LTE), AI/ML, medical devices, and mechanical technologies to advance clients’ IP objectives. He collaborates closely with in-house patent counsel, conducts invention disclosure meetings, prepares claim charts in view of 3GPP standards, and provides clearance and infringement opinions across a wide range of products. 

Previous Work

Prior to joining the firm, Eric advised in-house patent counsel on U.S. and foreign patent matters, prepared Ex Parte Reexaminations, and provided clearance and infringement opinions for a wide range of retail products.
