Hayley Sandoval

Previous Work

Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff as an associate, Hayley served as a Law Clerk in the firm’s New York office, where she supported the litigation team on complex matters. She previously worked as a Summer Associate at the firm, gaining firsthand exposure to ArentFox Schiff’s practice and client base. 

During law school, Hayley served as Managing Editor of the Cardozo Law Review, where she oversaw editorial operations and managed a team of staff editors. She also spent two years as an Advanced Clinical Student and Law Student Intern at the Kathryn O. Greenberg Immigration Justice Clinic, working directly with clients on immigration cases and gaining hands-on courtroom experience. Hayley interned for a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, where she developed critical research and analytical skills in a high-volume trial court.

Before law school, Hayley worked for over two years at an immigration law firm, where she managed cases, conducted one-on-one client meetings, drafted legal memoranda, motions, and briefs, and compiled submissions to USCIS and immigration court. She also served as a Communications Intern at the Democratic Attorneys General Association.
