Kevin focuses his practice on designing and implementing estate plans that address complex tax, succession, and governance considerations. He works with multi-generational families to structure planning strategies, including trusts, private foundations, and closely held business interests, while navigating income, gift, and estate tax implications.
Previous Work
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Kevin served as in-house counsel for a family office, where he led the creation of two Nevada private trust companies and supported investment activity across private equity, hedge funds, and operating businesses. He also represented family interests in a pharmaceutical company and assisted with commercial transactions, including international real estate and secured lending deals.
Earlier in his career, Kevin practiced at law firms in Chicago, where he advised high net worth clients on estate planning, prepared complex tax filings, and supported estate administrations involving significant assets.
