Kyle Darden Dear

Kyle assists national and regional lenders, real estate funds, developers, and other investors with the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of construction, term, and specialized financings as well as acquisitions and dispositions of real property across a broad array of asset classes including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, and hospitality. In connection with the same, he has adjacent experience with loan workouts, commercial leasing, due diligence review, and title and survey matters. Drawing on his educational background in finance, Kyle brings a practical approach to solving clients’ complex legal and business issues. 

Prior to joining the firm, Kyle practiced in the Banking & Finance group of a national law firm. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas F. Hogan of the US District Court for the District of Columbia. 

Life Beyond the Law

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys playing squash, sporting clay shooting, fly-fishing, and spending time with his wife and two sons at their home in the District.
