Previous Work

Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Neil was an associate at a regional firm representing California public school districts, community colleges, and county offices of education in matters relating to employment disputes, contracts, board governance, and workplace investigations. Neil is fluent in French and has taught French-language courses at the university level. His interdisciplinary background in law, global studies, and French studies informs his thoughtful approach to advising clients.
