Nicole represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financing, and leasing. Her practice includes conducting thorough diligence analyses, entity formation, and helping clients navigate complex ownership structures.
Previous Work
Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Nicole served as an Alexander Fellow to the Honorable Robyn F. Tarnofsky in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
During law school, Nicole worked on wrongful conviction cases as a legal intern at the Innocence Project and served as the Head de•novo Editor for the Cardozo Law Review. Her Note, “A One-Egg Wonder: Working to Cure Judicial Gender Bias and Increase Access to Pre-Embryos for Infertile Parties,” was published in Vol. 46, Issue 2 of the Cardozo Law Review.
She first joined ArentFox Schiff as a Summer Associate in 2024.
