Patrick’s practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions acting as trustees and agents in connection with a wide array of financings, capital markets transactions, and restructurings.

Patrick advises domestic and international financial institutions serving as indenture trustees, administrative agents, collateral agents, paying agents, securities intermediaries, escrow agents, depositaries, and in related independent trustee and agency roles on a broad range of secured and unsecured financing transactions, including corporate and municipal debt offerings, term and revolving credit facilities, direct lending, public-private partnerships, and restructuring matters both in and out of bankruptcy. Patrick has extensive experience with public and private capital markets transactions, including debt issuances qualified under the Trust Indenture Act as well as Rule 144A and Regulation S private placements.

Life Beyond the Law

Patrick lives in Brooklyn with his wife and their basset hound and enjoys volunteering with local community organizations, including the Prospect Park Alliance and Green-Wood Cemetery.
