Rachel is an associate in the Litigation group in the New York office, where she focuses on complex litigation matters. Rachel combines strong research and writing skills, developed through her work as a research assistant at Harvard Law School and her clinical and externship experience, with a commitment to rigorous, client-focused advocacy.
Previous Work
Before joining ArentFox Schiff, Rachel was a Media and First Amendment Litigation Associate at a reputable law firm in New York, where she represented local news media in defamation and FOIA cases.
During law school, Rachel was a Legal Extern at NPR in Washington, DC, contributing to legal research, document drafting, and client meetings on issues including FCC regulation, First Amendment rights, and intellectual property. She was also a Student Attorney with the Media Freedom and Information Access Clinic at Yale Law School, where she co-authored a brief opposing a motion to dismiss in a case concerning the censorship of a journalist.
