Previous Work
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Tyler worked for two respected litigation boutiques in Los Angeles, where he gained significant experience representing private investment, entertainment, financial services, product-sourcing, real estate development, and consumer products companies; high-net-worth individuals; and artists, performers, and entertainment industry professionals in high-stakes disputes in state and federal courts.
Among his achievements, Tyler was on the litigation team representing a television programmer in a breach of contract, copyright infringement, and declaratory judgment action against a major U.S. pay television distributor. His skilled advocacy contributed to successfully opposing multiple requests for injunctive relief and prevailing in discovery disputes.
During law school, Tyler was selected for the Hale Moot Court Honors Program, where he served as vice chair of administration. He also volunteered with and served as the director of policy and events for the International Refugee Assistance Project, a nonprofit organization connecting law students with practicing attorneys to provide aid to refugees seeking asylum in the U.S.
Life Beyond the Law
