Arent Fox Consumer Financial Services Partner Jenny Lee will present a webinar through the American Bankers Association on the topic, “Mitigating Liability & Self Reporting,” on July 11, 2019.
She will be providing her perspectives as a former regulator and give insights on self-reporting to the CFPB. She will lead an overview of how, what, and when to self-report, as well as review the CFPB’s guidance and US Attorney’s Manual on self-reporting.
