Jacquelynne Jennings will speak at the California Debt and Investment Advisory Commission’s Municipal Market Disclosure Fundamentals and Evolving Practices Conference on March 28, 2023.

Jacqui and her co-host will present on good policies, processes and practices for initial disclosure documents. They will provide information on crafting the preliminary official statement, the initial disclosure document used to communicate to market participants and investors when issuing municipal securities in a public offering. They will also discuss the sources of information and data used to ensure accuracy and completeness, so statements made to the market are not misleading.
