AFS Attorney Ucheora Onwuamaegbu Appointed President of SVAMC

ArentFox Schiff is pleased to announce that Ucheora Onwuamaegbu has been appointed president of the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center (SVAMC).

SVAMC is a California-based, non-profit foundation that serves as a global hub for thought leadership at the intersection of law, technology, and business. It actively promotes efficient, pragmatic, and future-oriented arbitration and mediation solutions for complex technology and technology-related business disputes, throughout the United States and around the world.

Uche focuses his practice on international investment arbitration, commercial disputes, and advisory services. He has served as presiding-, sole-, and co-arbitrator in disputes before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, the American Arbitration Association, and the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
