ArentFox Schiff Moves to Newly Renovated Office in Boston’s Prudential Tower

ArentFox Schiff is pleased to announce that its Boston office has relocated to two newly renovated floors in the Prudential Tower. Located at 800 Boylston Street, the new space was designed for collaboration and features innovative design and technology. The firm has been a tenant in the Prudential Tower since 2003.

“Our new space captures exactly what we set out to achieve in the design process, creating clear opportunities for collaboration and incorporating many new technology features and amenities the firm has prioritized in its other office redesigns,” said David Barbash, ArentFox Schiff’s Boston Office Managing Partner. “We redesigned our office to blend these new firm-wide features with the unique character and culture of the Boston office.”

The design team embraced the historic building’s distinctive architecture, working its columns and other elements into the office layout. Spanning floors 26 and 27, the new office features:

  • A state-of-the-art boardroom with enhanced technology that enables seamless collaboration between in-person and remote participants.

  • A multipurpose room for client meetings and seminars.

  • A soundproof room used for hearings or depositions, which doubles as a podcast production studio.

  • An inviting parlor and a bistro-style dining area for our lawyers and staff.

The renovation is part of ArentFox Schiff’s broader commitment to reimagining its office spaces. The firm’s Los Angeles office relocated to a new state-of-the-art space in the heart of downtown LA in late 2024, the Chicago office reopened in October 2026 in a fully reimagined space in the historic Willis Tower, and the Washington D.C. office is planning to move into a new space in December 2027.

“The Prudential Building has been our home in Boston for more than two decades, and its location in a vibrant commercial hub, close to the industries our clients work in, made staying here an easy decision for our team,” said ArentFox Schiff Chairman Anthony V. Lupo. “As we continue to expand our footprint in Boston, we’re excited to open the doors to a new space for our employees and clients to enjoy. Having seen how our teams have flourished in our new LA outpost, I’m thrilled to see Boston’s rejuvenated office come to life – and I look forward to what’s ahead for D.C.”

The new space will house approximately 100 lawyers and staff, with room for continued growth. Attorneys in the ArentFox Schiff Boston office handle sophisticated business transactions, real estate matters and complex litigation for clients, while also providing counsel on matters spanning labor and employment, bankruptcy, patents and related intellectual property, among other areas.
