Her trial victories include a complete defense judgment for a hospital in Southern California, including an attorneys fee award of $1.5 million.In addition, Ms. Albin-Riley has developed a nationally recognized practice in Fifth Amendment “takings” cases with an impressive record of success at trial in this area.
