Partner Linda Jackson Elected Fellow of College of Labor and Employment Lawyers
ArentFox Schiff is pleased to announce that Partner Linda Jackson, co-leader of the Complex Litigation and Trade Secrets, Noncompetes & Employee Mobility practices, has been elected a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
Elected by the Board of Governors, a Fellow represents recognition that an attorney has distinguished oneself as an outstanding professional that has made a sustained contribution to the field and meets the College’s standards of integrity, professionalism, and character.
Linda represents clients in high-stakes counseling and litigation focusing on employment and commercial counseling and litigation, including C-suite investigations, trade secrets, noncompetes, executive contracts and mobility, reorganizations, breaches of fiduciary duty and duties of loyalty, discrimination, wrongful discharge, whistleblower and retaliation matters. She represents clients before federal, state, and appellate courts as well as in mediation and arbitration in a variety of industries, such as technology, government contracting, manufacturing, financial services, insurance, media intelligence, and non-profits. Linda is also a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and the Virginia Law Foundation.
Linda is a well-recognized and well-published attorney. She has been rated as a leader in her profession by Best Lawyers in America 2018-2026; recognized by Chambers USA for DC General Commercial Litigation and Labor & Employment; recognized by Legal 500 for Intellectual Property: Trade Secrets and Labor & Employment: Labor and Employment Disputes; and named among the “Best Lawyers in Washington, DC” by The Wall Street Journal in 2020.
