We have handled more than 450 domain name enforcement proceedings in venues around the world, including the World Intellectual Property Organization, the National Arbitration Forum, and federal and state courts. We recently became one of the few firms to have successfully prosecuted a gTLD “Legal Rights Objection” with WIPO.

We have used creative litigation strategies including “in rem” and “John Doe” lawsuits to unmask cybersquatters and obtain relief for our clients. While we handle the majority of domain name disputes in-house, the firm’s capabilities are global.
