Alexandra regularly represents global corporations, their executives, high-net-worth individuals, and professional sports leagues in civil and criminal cases, internal investigations, and government enforcement actions. She advises clients on allegations of fraud, bribery, corruption, employment discrimination, and other misconduct. Alexandra also provides support in matters related to name, image, and likeness (NIL), sports betting, and fantasy sports.
Alexandra specializes in counseling clients in high-risk business and personal scenarios and focuses on protecting their liberty, assets, and reputation. She has a proven track record of successfully avoiding lawsuits for her clients against various allegations and negotiating favorable settlements out of court.

- Represented a former executive of a trading company in an investigation by the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) over alleged misrepresentations in the company’s acquisition of a cryptocurrency and smart contract platform.
- Advised an international businesswoman on strategies relating to global reputation issues arising from attempts to link her to alleged criminal conduct by third parties.

Alexandra first joined the firm as a Summer Associate. During law school, Alexandra worked for Major League Baseball and the New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG).
Alexandra is a graduate of Fordham Law and Bates College. At Bates, she was a four-year starter and a three-year captain on the Women’s Basketball team.
