Alexis advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and structuring, and commercial contract negotiations across the fashion and retail, technology, sports, and food and beverage industries.
Alexis started at ArentFox Schiff as a summer associate. While in law school, she worked as a judicial intern to the Honorable Carlos F. Acosta at the Montgomery County Circuit Court, 6th Judicial Circuit.
Prior to attending law school, Alexis was a paralegal at the Washington, DC office of a multinational law firm where she was also seconded to the Children’s Law Center.
Life Beyond the Law
Outside of work, Alexis enjoys exercising, reading, trying new restaurants, and taking her Labrador Retriever, Millie, on walks. Alexis was born and raised in Washington, DC.
