Alexis practices out of ArentFox Schiff’s Michigan office.

Alexis represents lenders and borrowers in a broad range of complex corporate finance transactions, including acquisition financings, asset-based financings, and mezzanine financings. She focuses her practice on representing lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured debt facilities, private equity funds and related portfolio companies, and small business investment companies in their deployment of capital, including intercreditor issues. She also frequently serves as Michigan local counsel to secured and unsecured debt facilities.

Client Work

  • Represented a private equity fund in the financing of its acquisition of a supplier of a broad portfolio of custom and standard hardware and component products for original equipment manufacturers, as well as maintenance, repair, and operations applications
  • Represented numerous private equity funds and independent sponsors in the financing of their acquisition of dental service organizations and relationships with dental practices
  • Represented a private equity fund in its acquisition of a company that engineers, manufactures, and markets innovative solutions for commercial lighting across North America and the related acquisition financing
