Bryson represents commercial real estate clients in acquisitions and dispositions, development, financing, and asset management. His clients include public and private owners, investors, and managers in Washington, DC, Virginia, Maryland, and throughout the East Coast. Bryson has extensive experience advising clients in all phases of multifamily, office, industrial, self-storage, retail, manufactured housing, mixed-use, and other residential and commercial projects and transactions. He also advises private equity funds and commercial lenders in structured financing/mezzanine debt and traditional real estate-secured financing transactions, and provides counsel for due diligence analyses, risk management, and entity formations.

Before joining ArentFox Schiff, Bryson was a partner at a boutique real estate and business law firm serving the Washington metropolitan area.
