Emily advises clients on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation and reorganization, and other commercial transactions. She has additionally assisted public companies in securities law compliance.
Emily began her legal career as a summer associate at ArentFox Schiff. While in law school, Emily was a student attorney at Jacob Burns Community Legal Clinics’ Public Justice Advocacy Clinic and served as a Notes Editor for Volume 90 of The George Washington Law Review.
Life Beyond the Law
Outside of work, Emily enjoys going to concerts, reading, exercising, and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers.
