Eric has worked with numerous inventors and manufacturers to protect their intellectual property. As a patent lawyer and former engineer, Eric has hands-on experience working with the technology he defends. He prepares and prosecutes patents for a variety of wireless communication and software applications, including digital imaging, virtual/augmented reality, integrated circuits and more.
Eric has helped a wide range of clients protect their IP, from securing new patents for major technology corporations to representing small businesses against patent trolls by immersing himself in the inventor’s technology and he researches all other work in its related field.
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Eric was an associate at an Intellectual Property Boutique firm. He also spent nearly a decade working for a global aerospace and defense technology company as both an engineer and an intellectual property coordinator.
