Gabriella is a registered patent attorney whose work focuses on intellectual property litigation and PTAB matters involving artificial intelligence, network technologies, biotechnology, and advanced manufacturing. She supports teams across the matter lifecycle—from pre-suit diligence through discovery and trial preparation—bringing technical fluency and practical insight.
Complementing her patent litigation work, Gabriella supports trademark portfolio management, including filing strategies, coordination with local counsel on enforcement actions, and work in TTAB proceedings. Her experience also includes pro bono advocacy, including work on an asylum matter from client interviews through a merits hearing.
Gabriella earned her J.D., cum laude, from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she received the CALI Award in Design Law and served as Staff Managing Editor of the Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property, and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Previous Work
Before joining ArentFox Schiff, Gabriella worked as an associate at a large Midwest based firm where she focused on IP litigation. During law school, she served as a Judicial Extern to former Chief Judge Rebecca Pallmeyer in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
