Jared Leace

Jared represents owners, lenders, and borrowers in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including financings involving commercial properties, multifamily communities, and construction projects. He assists clients with the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of mortgage, mezzanine, and construction loans, as well as preferred equity investments and joint venture arrangements. Jared also has experience advising owners and court-appointed receivers on the operation, management, and disposition of distressed real estate assets.

In connection with these matters, Jared has experience reviewing and negotiating ancillary loan and joint venture documents, conducting due diligence on entity and transaction materials, and managing title and survey review and clearance. He takes a detail-oriented and practical approach to supporting clients through transactions from inception to closing.
