She advises clients on global trademark portfolio strategy, prosecution, and enforcement, and represents them in disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
She also manages licensing matters, Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings, and Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) issues, while advising clients on trademark and brand use policies and guidelines.
