Kyle is an associate in the Los Angeles office. He works with the Corporate group across a wide range of transactional matters. Kyle focuses on mergers and acquisitions and helps companies with corporate governance matters. His experience includes due diligence, drafting, and transaction management across industries. 

Previous Work

Kyle first joined ArentFox Schiff as a Summer Associate. Prior to joining the firm, Kyle served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Rupert A. Byrdsong at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. He also worked as an in-house legal intern for a large publicly-traded tech company.

Kyle graduated from law school with a concentration in business law. He was also elected student body president, was the treasurer of the Black Law Students Association (BLSA), and is a proud graduating member of the Legal Education Opportunity Program (LEOP).
