Client Work
Lisa represents automobile dealers on regulatory, employment and transactional matters. Lisa drafts commission pay plans, employee handbooks, job descriptions, warranty documents, privacy notices, privacy policies and other forms required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as well as various custom forms relating to vehicle sales or service. She reviews dealership advertisements, dealership websites, as well as agreements with vendors and lenders. Her background also includes handling dealer licensing applications and vehicle registration/titling issues, conducting wage/hour audits and deal jacket audits, assessing and providing guidance regarding lawsuit exposure. In addition, Lisa provides on-site seminars and legal workshops for dealership employees.
