Meghan represents clients on a variety of litigation matters.

Meghan is an associate in the Complex Litigation practice. Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, she served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Jason Park at the District of Columbia Superior Court. Before that, Meghan was a Law Clerk with a Third Year Practice Certificate and then an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney at the Arlington County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office, where she represented the Commonwealth, under supervision, in detention hearings and bench trials.

While attending law school, Meghan interned at the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Virginia and the District of Columbia, the Administrative Conference of the United States, and the Arlington County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office.

Meghan also has a foundational background in management consulting. Before attending law school, she was a senior associate at a leading assurance, tax, and consulting firm.

Client Work

  • Obtained declination on behalf of a former executive of a health care company in a wide-ranging investigation focusing on allegations related to violations of California’s Unfair Competition Law and False Advertising Law through the corporate practice of medicine (the company entered into a multimillion-dollar settlement) in California v. Carbon Heath Technologies, et al. (Superior Court CA).

Life Beyond the Law

Outside of work, Meghan spends time practicing at CorePower Yoga. She also enjoys playing tennis and rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles.
