Bankruptcy Partner Scott Lepene moderated a discussion of the recent challenges in the Regional Sports Network marketplace at ABI’s Midwest Regional Bankruptcy Seminar on September 15.
Scott Lepene served as a Program Advisory Board Member at the ABI Midwest Regional Bankruptcy Seminar and moderated the panel “When the Broadcast Model Breaks: RSN Distress and the Fallout for Teams.” The discussion explored the causes of RSN financial distress and the impacts of restructurings and bankruptcies on media rights agreements as well as key considerations that legal teams should be aware of in the current media ecosystem.
