Matt and his co-panelist will provide an overview of the latest FTC guidance on “Made in USA” claims, helping attendees understand what qualifies as a compliant claim, how to document and substantiate origin claims, and how implied messaging, imagery, and slogans can create liability. Additionally, the panel will cover the FTC’s stance on implied claims and consumer perception, relevant major cases from 2025, and assess how tariffs have impacted “Made in the USA” claims.
