Canada Practice Leader Riyaz Dattu will present on the governance of critical mineral supply chains, with a focus on export controls, sanctions, and international law on at the IBA’s Biennial Conference of the SEERIL on May 18, 2026.

Riyaz and his co-panelists will discuss how geopolitical competition, conflicting industrial policies, and evolving regulations are shaping the movement of mineral commodities.
