DC Bar CLE Institute: Aging and the Law

Linda’s panel, titled “Our Aging Legal Profession: Working with the Benefits and the Challenges,” addressed the medical, neurological, physical, emotional, and organizational implications of the legal profession’s aging demographic. Alongside expert faculty from the District of Columbia Court of Appeals Board on Professional Responsibility and the D.C. Bar Lawyer Assistance Program, among others, Linda discussed the legal implications of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other related laws for employers and firms.
