Mike Showalter will speak on Environmental Justice (EJ) at The Regulatory Environmental Group for Missouri (REGFORM) on April 20, 2023.

Mike and his co-presenter will discuss how environmental justice (EJ) is increasingly at the core of regulatory and state environmental policymaking using tools and policies outlined by EPA. How companies interface with the community will be a front and center conversation around permit negotiations, inspections, and enforcement. The panel will feature a discussion of recent federal and state guidance materials including discussion of “cumulative impact” issues.
