International Arbitration Associate Claudia Hartleben spoke at the American University Business Law Review’s Symposium, International Arbitration: Friend or Foe of Corporations.

The symposium was hosted on February 12, 2019 in Washington, DC and explored the intersections of international arbitration and the business world. Claudia spoke on a panel titled, “Recent Rule Changes and Legal Developments,” where she discussed recent changes to the International Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Rules, including the new Expedited Procedure Provisions that apply to smaller arbitration claims.
