Gabriela joined the firm after nearly a decade as the exclusive New York general counsel to a global, ultra high net-worth family office and their US private companies. She represents US and non-US high net-worth individuals, family offices, and private companies in domestic, cross-border, and multi-jurisdictional investments and transactions.
