Gabriela joined ArentFox Schiff after many years in private equity. A fluent Spanish speaker, Gabriela will advise Latin Americans living or investing in the US and represent high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and private companies in domestic, cross-border, and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
