Arent Fox Advises Brooklyn Nets on New Training Facility Deal
Sports group leader Richard L. Brand led a group from Arent Fox that advised on all aspects of the practice facility, including the leasing of the real property, the separate lease of the associated tenant improvements, and the construction of one of the largest training facility transactions in professional sports.
