ArentFox Schiff represented Alabama-based Sutherlin Automotive Group in its purchase of Huntington Beach Kia from Car Pros Automotive Group.
The AFS team assisted Sutherlin in negotiating the transaction documents, including the purchase agreement, non-competition agreements, leases, and lease assignments, and assisted with factory approval.
