ArentFox Schiff Lands New Real Estate Litigation Leader Gabriel Levinson
ArentFox Schiff is pleased to announce that Gabriel Levinson has joined the firm as its Real Estate Litigation Practice Leader in New York.
Gabriel has a successful track record representing real estate owners, developers, investors, boards, commercial landlords and tenants, asset managers, corporations, funds, and private companies in high-stakes commercial real estate and business disputes. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including lease and development disputes, partnership and joint venture conflicts, cooperative and condominium matters, construction disputes, and other significant real estate controversies.

Throughout his career, Gabriel has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts across the United States, as well as in arbitrations and mediations. He has extensive experience navigating a broad array of real estate and corporate matters including commercial leases, development projects, acquisitions, partnerships, shareholder claims, derivative claims, construction matters, and real estate finance issues. He has represented asset management firms, developers, private companies, investors, and high-net-worth individuals in matters involving billions of dollars in assets and high-profile commercial disputes.
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Gabriel served as Chair of the Real Estate Litigation Practice at Haynes and Boone. Recognized by New York Super Lawyers for well over a decade, he is known for helping clients obtain successful results in complex litigation, mitigating their risk, as well as protecting their business interests and real estate investments.
