Brian D. Schneider Recognized by RISMedia as Industry Influencer on Real Estate Newsmakers List

In his RISMedia profile, Brian was highlighted as “a primary architect of stability and policy innovation [and] … solidified his reputation in 2025 as the leading authority on MLS regulatory strategy.” Brian served as general counsel for Bright MLS, helping them navigate the NAR settlement and implement a set of flexible policies that “redefined how brokers and agents manage compensation and transparency.” 

Brian’s practice focuses on trade associations, foundations, multiple listing services, and technology firms. He works as outside general counsel alongside clients’ leadership, boards, and staff to advise on strategic objectives and manage legal tasks in line with their business plans.  Brian has previously been recognized the 2025 Swanepoel Power 200 and was named to the Legal 500 of top DC lawyers
