The Copyright Society is one of the nation’s leading organizations dedicated to advancing the study and understanding of copyright law, which governs original works of authorship — from music, literature, and film to software and other creative works. Danielle’s practice focuses on the ever-evolving landscape of intellectual property law in the digital age. She advises on all aspects of copyright, anti-piracy, trademark, trade dress, and advertising law, helping clients develop practical, business-minded solutions and navigate issues involving the creation, ownership, licensing, use, and enforcement of brand assets and works of authorship in the United States and internationally. 

Danielle is a member of multiple bar associations and serves as a Board Member of the IP Section of the Bar Association of Washington, DC. She formerly served as Chair of the IP Section of the National Bar Association and is a frequent speaker on a wide range of copyright law topics, including presenting at numerous CLE sessions on topics such as DMCA and anti-piracy enforcement, the impact of artificial intelligence on copyright, digital content licensing, trademark and trade dress protection, and the intersection of technology and intellectual property.
