Borna focuses on real estate transactions, including development, financing, joint ventures, leasing and subleasing, and the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate across asset classes, both locally in the Washington, DC area and throughout the country. He has represented institutional investors, private equity groups, family offices, banks, sponsors, developers, owners and public and private companies.
Life Beyond the Law
Borna is a native of the Washington, DC area. Outside of work, he enjoys bicycling, the Washington Wizards, and exploring Washington, DC’s restaurants and neighborhoods.
