Elias Choclin

Elias has experience working directly with Members of Congress to coordinate engagements with constituents, stakeholders, and government officials. He most recently served as a Scheduler to U.S. Representative Grace Meng (D-NY). In this role, he assisted in drafting foreign policy and other briefing documents, managed scheduling logistics, and served as a key liaison between the Congresswoman and Congressional staff.

Elias previously served as a Staff Assistant to U.S. Representative David Cicilline (D-RI) during his time in Congress, supporting legislative operations by preparing policy memoranda, assembling briefing materials, and assisting with constituent communications. He also interned in the offices of former U.S. Representative Mondaire Jones (D-NY) through the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, former U.S. Representative Jim Langevin (D-RI), and U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI).

Elias is currently working toward a Master of Arts in Global Affairs at the University of Oklahoma.
