Jeff has extensive experience representing debtors, hedge funds, private equity funds, financial institutions, independent directors and trade creditors in restructuring distressed companies. Jeff works with clients in a variety of industries, including financial, energy, healthcare, automotive, retail, telecommunications and manufacturing. He regularly advises boards of directors in distressed situations and provides counsel to parties to credit default swap transactions.
