Shay provides thought-out advice and counseling on employment law issues, including wage and hour compliance, navigating leaves of absence, and employee separations.

Shay is also an experienced advisor and litigator in the automotive industry. She regularly helps automotive dealerships navigate OEM disputes including audits, allocation of vehicles, relocations, and incentives.

  • Prevailed on a motion to dismiss state wiretapping claims targeting retailer’s website, with the court granting dismissal in full.

  • Secured a favorable arbitration award for a health and wellness company in a breach of contract dispute.

Life Beyond the Law
