Jon Jurva will speak at the 16th Annual Emerging Manager & MWBE Conference on February 17, 2023.

This inaugural legal panel will feature outside counsel who regularly advise emerging managers and will share important legal and regulatory considerations for an institutional product launch. Jon and his co-panelists will discuss key legal terms managers should consider in the legal documentation process and will share lessons learned from not only advising emerging managers but institutional investors as well.
